"I just love the title of this novel by new writer, R. S. Hill, and you might want to read it under the covers with a flashlight, because you'll be up all night with this one.

The Hitchcock Hacker, a vicious, convicted serial killer, is on the loose...while serving time on Death Row! How is that possible?  The Hacker is telepathic, and he's directing a copycat killer to act in his behalf through telepathy.

In the meantime, one of the Hacker's victims, a nine-year-old runaway named Luke, has returned from the afterlife seeking revenge.  Miranda Mitchell, a widow with a mysterious and rather ugly past, lives in the house under which grows a vine through which the dead return to walk this earth. Enter Staci Morgan, who accepts an internship with the agency investigating the grisly copycat murders orchestrated by the Hitchcock Hacker, and she becomes yet another host for the Hacker's telepathic manipulations.

Horror, mystery, fantasy and suspense--it's all packed in UNDER THE HOUSE, a fast-paced and entertaining novel.  Enjoy!"

". . . Hill has assembled a large cast for what might be called a metaphysical mystery.  Standouts are two colorful, longtime friends (Miranda & Gerty), ladies with salty vocabularies and a fearless attitudes toward the strange, out-of-world things that are happening to them.  These unexplainable events are tied to serial murders being investigated by a spunky young college intern named Staci.  By the time the book ends, Hill manages to tie all the plots together."
